Location of Land acquisition will be finalized by clients. Bunker Cost will increase as according to land cost increase. We will start this Project only after 10 booking with advance payment of 20% of total amounts.

There are a lot of things that can happen due to Nuclear explosions

Underground bunker will have proper ventilation systems. It uses a fan to pull air through Nuclear, Biological, Chemical, smokes, particles and radiological threats filter systems. We provide a NBC/ HEPA Air filtration systems, as well as the ability to close down intake and exhaust in an emergency. We provide one micron air filters. The intake/ exhaust will be secure, camouflaged and above high water lines. It’s filtration and circulation system will have backup power.
We provide non electric ventilation options such as Kearney Air Pump with deep burial Septic Systems.

There are four types of non nuclear proof/ Nuclear proof flats in bunker

1. One quarter floor unit 475 sqft/ each unit non nuclear proof bunker below 10 feet deeper
2. Full floor unit 1850 sqft/ each unit Nuclear Proof Bunker below 1000 feet deeper
3. Half floor unit 925 sqft/ each one Nuclear Proof Bunker below 1000 feet deeper
4. Half floor unit 925 sqft/ each one Nuclear Proof Bunker below 1500 feet deeper Price will increase as according to level of floor goes down : Level 5 to level 12
